But many of these products are only temporary measures as they do not address the cause of the problem. Remember that morning when you woke up after a big drinking night or when you fell in love with onion rings? Gross, we know. However, the fact is that none of us actually wake up in the morning with pleasant breath. So, bad breath is just something that happens, whether you like it or not.

Bad breath home treatment:-
1) Boil a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water.
2) You can also add some bay leaves and cardamom.
3) Strain the solution and use it as a mouth rinse to freshen your breath.
The easiest way is to put some cloves in your mouth and chew them thoroughly. This will eliminate the bad breath in a few minutes.
1) Mix a tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it before a meal. Vinegar will help in digestion as well as cure bad breath.
2) Gargle with a cup of water mixed with apple cider vinegar.
Mix half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water and use it as a mouth rinse once daily until you are satisfied with the result.
