Practice Udarakarasana in a clean and tidy place and for this posture, sit down by laying a stitch.  Now keep the left foot under the hip (hips) by bending from the knee and keep the knee and claws close to the floor. Udaradarshan is a yogasana, by which many of our diseases are cured.  For this posture, sit and practice udhakaranasana in a clean and peaceful place. Along with reducing belly fat, these asanas work wonders to reduce belly fat. This posture is called Abdominal Twist Pose in English. This asana was named because while doing this asana you will feel a strain or twitch in your abdominal area. This posture got its name from that. So, let's now get to know this posture in detail.

Practice Udarakarasana in a clean and tidy place and for this posture, sit down by laying a stitch. Now keep the left foot under the hip (hips) by bending from the knee and keep the knee and claws close to the floor. Then bend the right foot from the knee and place the heel and claw on the floor near the knee of the left foot and keep the knee upwards.  Keep a distance of 20 to 25 centimeters between the two legs.  Keep both hands on both knees.  Now press the raised right knee with the right hand and press it down near the left knee as close to the floor and keep in mind that keep the knee only one inch above the floor.  While bringing the right knee down, keep the mouth in the direction of the shoulder. Stay in this posture for some time and then do the same action with the left leg.

By doing this asana, indigestion (digestion of food), and constipation are cured. Continuous practice of this asana relieves foot pain and claws become powerful. Performing this asana is also beneficial in any type of weakness, any type of malfunction in joints, etc.
