Stand straight in a careful position for dvihast chakra asana. Now while breathing, raise both your hands up towards the shoulder and pull the body up.

 Method of practicing dvihast chakra asana :-

Stand straight in a careful position for double-handed chakrasana. Now while breathing, raise both your hands up towards the shoulder and pull the body up. Then, exhaling, bring the hands to the front of the shoulders. Now bend both arms slowly to the right along the entire body. Fold the body so that both hands can go backward and the mouth comes in the direction of the shoulder. Keep in mind that your foot does not move from its place at all. Then slowly bring the body back towards the front. After this, while breathing, bend the body and both hands to the left and back, while exhaling, return to the front. Now breathing again, raise both hands up, and while exhaling, bring the shoulders straight.  Perform this action 3 to 6 times and then come back to normal.

Strengthens hands, shoulders, hands, wrists, and feet. Stretches the chest and lungs. Strengthens hands and wrists, legs, buttocks, abdomen, and spine stimulates the thyroid and pituitary glands. Increases energy and counteracts depression.

Morning time is most beneficial for you to do dvihast chakra asana steps. Do this asana with the help of an expert;  Otherwise, your body may have many problems. Those who have undergone any kind of operation should not try the dvihast chakra asana stages. People with hernias should keep themselves away from the dvihast chakra asana phases. Pregnant women should stay away from trying this pose. People with heart disease, neck and wrist pain should not do this pose. People with high blood pressure do not perform this asana;  Otherwise, you may face many problems. One should not drink water or eat food before performing this asana
