Tolangulasan

When performed, the posture looks like a weight balance.  That is why it got this name. Alternatively, the name suggests that this asana helps break the various balance of body and mind;  Balance of the three humps of the body, vital air balance, and mental balance. While weighing the two scales remain in balance, that is, the fork of the scales stays in the middle, in the same way, in this yoga asana, the entire weight of the body falls on the buttock and the shape of the person looks like a star, which is why it is called tolangulasana.

 Posture method:-

Sit in Dandasana for the first time.  Then inhale while balancing the weight of the body on the buttocks.  Now bending back and forth, lift the hands and feet slowly from the ground.  After stopping for some time, return to Dandasana again.

 Second method:-

Sit in Dandasana for the first time.  Now while balancing the weight of the body on the hands, lift the entire legs including the buttock above the ground while inhaling and keep balance in this position for some time.

After a while of exhaling, return to the previous state again.

 The benefit of this asana:-

The earlier method of this asana strengthens the abdominal muscles as well as reduces belly fat.  In the second method, the nerves of the hands and feet are strengthened, due to which they transmit excessive force. This asana tones the abdominal organs and muscles.  Consequently, the functions of the organs improve. It strengthens the shoulder and upper chest areas. This asana improves the functions of the thyroid, thymus, and adrenal glands. It improves constipation and digestive disorders. Exercise burns fat around the abdomen and help maintain weight.
