
Yoga Mudrasana or Mudrasana.Three methods of Mudrasana are being told here. By practicing Yoga Mudrasana, the tension of the back muscles is removed and flexibility in the spine. This posture is very important in the practice. It is named Yogamudrasana. If Yogamudrasana is well proved then Kundalini Shakti is awakened. The disease of stomach gas is cured.

Method of performing Mudrasana:-
First of all, place a carpet/mat or yoga mat in a clean and flat place. Now sit in Sukhasana, Padmasana, or Vajrasana. Gyan mudra can also be done standing in Tadasana or sitting on a Karachi. To get more benefit of Jnana Mudra, it should be done by sitting in Sukhasana or Padmasana. Place your hands on your knees and the palm of your hands should be facing upwards. Now the index finger has to be rounded to touch the front part of the thumb. The other three fingers have to be straight. You have to do this knowledge with both hands. Close your eyes and do regular breathing. You can also pronounce ॐ together if you want. Removing all thoughts from the mind is to focus the mind only on ॐ. Doing at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes throughout the day provides benefits. If you do not have so much time together, you can practice it in 3 pieces of 10 minutes each. In this way, we can practice this mudra at any time, but practicing this mudra in the morning and in the evening is more fruitful.
