Do you know about Ardha Chandrasana?  Artha means half chandrasana means a posture similar to Chandra. While doing this asana, the body of the person becomes like the moon. It is called Ardha Chandrasana.  You can also do this posture by standing up. While doing this asana, the shape of your body becomes a triangle. There are many benefits to doing this asana, just as you do trikonasana, in the same way, you can do this asana. There is no significant difference between these two asanas. Method of performing Ardha chandrasana (half-moon pose ):-First of all, stand on your knees, keep both hands on the side. Take one step ahead of the left leg.  Bend forward and place the palms on the ground on either side of the left paw. Drag the right leg backward. The right knee, the front portion of the right paw, and the fingers remain on the ground. Draw the back in the arched and move both the hands backward. Move the head backward also. Keep this position for two to three minutes. Then bring the hands down to the ground.  Bringing the left foot back next to the right foot, return to the old state and stand on your knees

What precautions should be taken while doing Ardh Chandrasana( half-moon pose)?

1) If you already have a problem with dizziness, do not do this asana.

2)  Even if you are a patient of blood pressure, you should not do this asana.

3) If you have a migraine problem, you should not do this asana.

4) Even if you have diarrhea, you cannot do this asana.

5) Pregnant women should not do this asana at all.
