Method of Singhasan:-
First of all, sit in Vajrasana. Keep about 45 centimeters between the knees. Let both toes touch each other. Now bend forward and place both palms on the ground between the knees in such a way that the fingers remain towards the body. Straighten the arms completely and bend the back to make it arched. The front part of the neck should have a maximum stretch. Tilt the head back so that there is comfortable tension in the neck. Close the eyes. Or you can also keep your eyes open. While keeping the eyes open, keep the eye fixed at one place on the top side. Keep the mouth closed. Give rest to the whole body and mind. Do this asana for five to ten minutes.
