
Kursi aasan (Chair pose) As we are sitting in a chair, we have to sit on the imaginary chair. Meaning this posture is as if we are sitting on a chair only then it is called chair posture. It is very easy to sit on such a chair but it is very difficult to sit on the imaginary chair. This is what we do in Utkatasana. You need a lot of hard work and courage to stay in this posture. This pose is not easy to do. You should read the differences before performing this mudra.
How to do chair posture.
1: First you place your mat in a clean place.
2: Stand erect with your feet slightly apart.
3:With the palms facing down, straighten both your arms and do not let your elbows bend.
4: Bend your knee and lower your hip as if you are sitting in a chair.
5:Try to bring your thighs parallel to the ground below.

Veerasana (Virasana)...

Adho Mukha Svanasana...
Adhomukha Shravanasana is also a part of yoga. These three words are composed of Adams Mukha and Svana. Adams and much means downward and lost mouth and Ivana means dog. This asana is beneficial for many parts of our body like the legs and our shoulders.
